Kevin Etzkorn is a dedicated St. Louis native who has called this vibrant city his home throughout his life. He pursued his education at Saint Louis University where he graduated at the top of his class (Phi Beta Kappa) with a bachelor’s degree and then again at the top of his class (Cum Laude) with a law degree. That he excelled in school is a testament to his exceptional aptitude and hard work.
Since 2004, Kevin has worked as a trial lawyer. He spent the first 10 years of his career representing corporations, insurance companies and hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. He eventually decided he could do more good by serving individuals instead. In December 2014, he left a comfortable job at a large corporate law firm to start a firm representing regular people. Since then, he has focused his practice on finding justice for those harmed by the negligent, reckless and fraudulent acts of others. Thanks to his decade as a corporate defense lawyer, Kevin has invaluable insight into how big businesses often mask or corrupt the truth–and what can be done to get justice for his clients.
Kevin has helped clients through difficult personal injury, medical malpractice, elder abuse and nursing home negligence, child abuse and business tort cases. When he accepts a new client, he focuses on finding the best way to correct the injustices they have suffered. Whether negotiating a favorable out-of-court settlement or trying the case in court, his commitment to his clients is evident from the positive results he has achieved on their behalf.
From 2013 to 2019, Kevin was named a Rising Star by SuperLawyers magazine. In each year since 2020, Kevin was named a SuperLawyer, an award given to 2.5 percent of attorneys. Kevin has also been selected to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.
Kevin lives in St. Louis with his wife and three children. He prides himself on treating his clients the same way he would want his family members represented. He is often heard telling clients what he would do if it was his wife or his boys in his clients’ shoes.
