Kevin Etzkorn

Founding Partner

Kevin Etzkorn has more than 14 years of experience as a courtroom lawyer in Missouri and Illinois. He started trying injury cases within five years of graduating law school and has tried numerous cases across the St. Louis metropolitan area. He has handled hundreds of lawsuits with the cases ranging from soft tissue auto accidents, business, and premise liability claims to multi-million dollar medical malpractice and product liability cases.

Kevin spent the first ten years of his career representing corporations, insurance companies, and hospitals. He found little satisfaction in representing corporate America. In December 2014, he left corporate America and a large downtown law firm to start and run this firm with his brother. He now focuses his practice on the representation of people who have been harmed by the negligent, reckless, and fraudulent acts of others. Given his experience as a corporate defense lawyer, Kevin has invaluable insight into how cases are handled and what his clients can expect throughout the claims process.

Kevin was a barrister in the local chapter of the American Inns of Court, a group of judges and lawyers committed to improving the skills and professionalism of the bench and bar.

Since 2013, Kevin has been named each year as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers magazine, an award given to only 2.5 percent of attorneys. In 2018, Kevin was selected to America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.
